ABOUT

DINING BY DESIGN, presented by DIFFA: Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS, now in its eleventh year in San Francisco, is the most anticipated high-design charitable event, showcasing top designers who create fantastic, one-of-a-kind tabletop installations that are unveiled for two nights only.

DINING BY DESIGN in San Francisco continues to be the city's premier high-design charity. This year's event takes place over two nights: the TABLE HOP & TASTE cocktail table preview party on Wednesday, November 17 and the seated GALA DINNER on Thursday, November 18. We are pleased to welcome back several veteran table sponsors and top designers and we look forward to introducing many new participants. Based on significant pre-sales of tables and early submissions of table design concepts, 2011 promises to again be an exciting and inspirational year of breakthrough design, culinary excellence and critical fundraising for uninsured HIV/AIDS patients at the renown UCSF Positive Health Program at San Francisco General Hospital.

This year's San Francisco event Co-chairs are Gary Hutton, Principle of Interior Design at Gary Hutton Design, and  Ronette King, Principal of Interior Design at Gensler Architecture.

Local sponsorship by 7x7 and California Home + Design magazines of McEvoy Media, NBC Bay Area and the San Francisco Design Center.
